Stand for Your Future: Join the Lawsuit.
The Court of Appeals has ruled: Oregon students have the right to sue for their own future. Now, we need student co-plaintiffs.
The “Corvallis Effect.”
On January 28, 2026, we won a historic victory. The Oregon Court of Appeals ruled that students have standing to sue.
We won that ruling in part because the hearing was held at Corvallis High School, with real students in the audience. Their presence reminded the judges that this case isn’t about theory — it’s about real people, real students.
To win the final victory, we need to show the court that students across Oregon are watching.
