Enroll your child as a Class A member — and as a potential co-plaintiff.

On January 28, 2026 the Oregon Court of Appeals confirmed that Oregon students have legal standing to enforce the Common School Fund. OASTL is now naming K-12 students as co-plaintiffs in the next phase of the case. Parents and guardians enroll on their behalf as Class A members ($1/year).

From Other Members

Why members join.

Six voices, in their own words, from the people who signed up before you.

“I support a well-organized and concerted effort to stop the Elliot State Forest transfer to OSU for the reasons described in this lawsuit.”
“I have as a forester over 6 years experience working on the ESF. I am like many many others upset with how the ESF is being mismanaged.”
“Because former ODF local manager Jerry Phillips is rolling over in his grave after spending his entire career managing the Elliott responsibly.”
“I think it ought to be required by law for the state to pursue all available funding options for public schools.”
“I have grandchildren in the Oregon Public School System and believe that it is incumbent on the State of Oregon to honor its trust obligations.”
“To hold the Oregon’s State Land Board accountable to fund Oregon schools honestly by selling the Elliott State Forest at full market value.”
