Today, that promise is being betrayed.
Because of political mismanagement and the recent transfer of the roughly 82,000-acre decoupled Elliott estate out of the school trust, OASTL's position is that Oregon schools have been deprived of the loyal, productive management their trust requires.
Our children are paying the price for political deals.

OASTL, along with parents, students, and school districts, is taking legal action and launching a statewide campaign to restore this inheritance. Our goal is clear: reverse the Elliott sale and restore fiduciary stewardship.
